1.If you were famous what would your stage name be?
When I hear the term “be the change†I think of the unique gifts we’ve all been given and how we can use those to serve others. Whether we are touching the life of one or thousands not one of those encounters was by accident or mistake. Like the gifts we’ve each been given weren’t chosen by accident they were picked for us to bless others and change lives.
2.If you would attend a celebrity wedding which, would it be?
My husband is definitely an extrovert and loves meeting new people. The term “he could talk to a brick wall†was created for him! He’s caring, compassionate, and a natural leader. So grateful to have him as partner always encouraging me as we both strive to be better than we were yesterday.
3.What is the weirdest gift you’ve ever received?
Summers at the ballpark with my family. My oldest brother was a serious baseball player! My mom ran the concession, I got to warm up with the team and then watch the game climbing fences and bleachers, my whole family would come to root for the team. I can still smell the fresh cut grass and popcorn and hear my dad’s voice coaching. Now as a parent sometimes running from one activity to another can feel hectic. But looking back on those summers that seemed so slow and carefree I see that the best memories are made together and in the chaos.
4.What is the most random fact you know?
Although I was voted most likely to be on the cover of a magazine I was more of the welcome team! I was the student they called on to make a new enrollment feel welcome and at home as we toured the school. I feel my friends would say the same things about me then as they would now. That I always set out to cheer people up, make them laugh, and know their worth.
5.What is the one thing you’ll never do again?
My husband and I value creating memories over material things. The ultimate gift for him would be unlimited flights! We have a long list of places to visit that we have been working on. Getting to explore and experience different cultures is something we are both passionate about.
